New server added for Pirates of the Burning Sea open beta

Pirates of the Burning Sea - Image 1With the Pirates of the Burning Sea open beta in full swing, Flying Lab Software and Sony Online Entertainment are giving more gamers a chance to experience the game with the addition of a new server. In addition to Blackbeard, open beta participants can now set sail on the Black Bart server as well.

Pirates of the Burning Sea is a swashbuckling MMO title that lets all the pirate wannabes live out a virtual life as a captain of his or her own marauding ship. The game is set in the Caribbean in the year 1720 and combines swashbuckling combat with some pretty impressive tactical ship battles.

The game is being readied for release in January 22, 2008. Those who want to experience life in the high seas can now join in on the open beta, which started on December 7.
