New Snes for DS Build

Neal Tew has released another build of his SnesDS. He doesnÂ’t have a version so for our files records weÂ’ll call it 0.5 unless he says otherwise =D. This program is used to convert .SMC files to .ds.gba. Changes in this release are:

– Sound improvements
– Minor Mode7 fix
