New Star Fox in the works (with video)

A fan of StarFox? Not to worry, we just might have something here to make your day. It appears that a new iteration of the franchise is in the work, and although Gamewarden has kept mum on official word about it, they’ve sure got a lot of good stuff in their treasure trove.

One, they partook in a Q&A session which revealed somer pertinent details:

 

So what’s going to be in it?
A great many things…

• Lots of playable craft, including 3 different Arwings
• Weapons galore
• Enemies, both new and old
• Space and ground based missions
• A deep storyline
• Multiplayer
• And probably more!

 

When does the story take place?
The story takes place between Star Fox 64 and Star Fox Adventures. Yes, there is content from Assault, but there are good reasons for that.

If you’d still want to be on the safe side, fine. But it looks to me like one and two put together spells out StarFox. F-O-X. Oh, and they did say it was going to be a multiplatformer.
