New TimeShift screenshots
Apart from yesterday’s rumor of it coming to the Sony PS3, it has been a pretty slow news year so far for TimeShift. Things look to be picking up, though, because we managed to get some new screenshots for the game courtesy of Jeux France. You can check ’em out above and below.
In case the lack of updates has caused you to forget about this game (which is a shame, as it’s looking pretty good), here’s a little refresher. TimeShift is an FPS title for both the Xbox 360 and PC platforms developed by Saber Interactive and published by Vivendi Games.
Perhaps the coolest thing about TimeShift is the main character’s ability to manipulate time. Players can slow down, stop, and rewind the whole world around them and they can move about freely while their enemies and other game objects lie frozen in time. TimeShift also throws some puzzle-solving action into the mix, featuring several complex time control puzzles as part of the gameplay.
A specific U.S. release date for TimeShift has yet to be announced. European gamers can expect this game to drop before the year ends.
