New transport modes in EverQuest 2 Game Update 37
Game Update 37 for EverQuest 2 is only days away from going live. To keep players updated with what’s new in the upcoming update, Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has posted a little sneak peek at the official EverQuest 2 website.
This sneak peek focuses mostly on mounts. In Game Update 37, traveling will be made easier in the Echoes of Faydwer expansion area. Butcherblock will become home to new griffin towers that will provide flights to the Butcherblock Docks, Lesser Faydark, and Greater Faydark.
Riding mounts will also be available in Greater Faydark for players’ convenience. These mounts will take players safely from Butcherblock to Kelethin and Crushbone Keep. Good news for players who don’t want to fall off the heights of Greater Faydark. The new transport modes will be unlocked by visiting each destination point while on a quest to activate them.
The Gigglegibbers will also be expanding their operations in Game Update 37. Players in the docks of Norath will be able to catch some entertainment while waiting for their ships. Game Update 37 will go live on July 31, right before Fan Faire.
