Crackdown contains the sandbox gameplay made famous with GTA3, with graphics engine using realistic physics and a new style of cell-shading. It also known as Riot Act in Japan.

Players get to be a superhuman agent who is tasked to enforce justice in crime-ridden Pacific City by any means necessary. The 01:50-minute video showcased the superhuman ability of the character in ridding the city with crime that littered it.
