Japanese 15-year-old Ichigo Kurosaki is the main character of Bleach, a game based on comics originally published in Weekly Shonen Jump. The manga and anime series has gone to far-reaching heights of success, with the tv anime being shown in three countries and the comics having 243 chapters published all in all and still counting.

The game follows the life of Ichigo Kurosaki as he and death god Rukia Kuchiki search for evil spirits and perform soul burials. Throughout their adventures, they also cleanse the spirits that they encounter along the way and help them get to the world of gods of death on the “other side” called Soul Society. Strikes your fancy? Sadly, we’re gonna have to wait till December for this game to come out on Wii. We have no info yet as to how the Wii features will enhance the game, but feel free to share with us whatever thoughts you have.
