Ars Techinca’s mole has one hell of a track record. For one, he (or she) correctly predicted the price cuts that the PS3 and Xbox 360 just got. Now the mole has some dirt on what Microsoft has planned for the holidays.
Ars Techinca’s mole has one hell of a track record. For one, he (or she) correctly predicted the price cuts that the PS3 and Xbox 360 just got. Now the mole has some dirt on what Microsoft has planned for the holidays.
According to the mole, there will be a new Xbox 360 bundle for the holidays. Starting in the middle of October, Microsoft will roll out an Elite bundle that comes with copies of both Pure and Lego Batman for US$ 300.
There’s also something about the new 802.11n adaptor that Microsoft confirmed recently. As a lot of you QJ readers have guessed, the mole says that Microsoft will be tagging this baby with a US$ 100 price tag upon release. Expensive, but apparently the old 802.11g adaptor will be getting its price slashed to US$ 79.99.
Mark all of these as rumors for now, but from what the mole’s track record tells us, it’s only a matter of time until Microsoft confirms.
