Next PSP firmware allows access to PSN via Remote Play
How would you like to be able to access the PlayStation Network on your PlayStation Portable? Amidst talk of the newly announced PS3 firmware 1.8, TTP from the NeoGAF Forums found something very interesting when he started Remote Play on his PlayStation 3.
He took a picture of the message he got (check out the first image above), bearing instructions on how to connect your PSP to the internet. The second image is reportedly taken from a PSP on the upcoming firmware 3.50. TTP added that gamers will need a PS3 with the latest firmware 1.8 and a PSP with firmware 3.50 to avail of the said service. Why do you need a PS3, you ask? Well, you’re going to need your PSN ID to log in.
