Nintendo Can’t Keep Up!
Nintendo just revealed AprilÂ’s plan to bring more than 700,000 units of the Nintendo DS Lite to the Japanese market. They distributed just over a half a million units during March, which was 100k more than the projected.
The demand has been outpacing supply since the start of the year. Nintendo just canÂ’t seem to keep up the pace, and to top it off they encountered manufacturing problems with the production of the new units, which were supposed to be available in three colors. For each release date thousands lined up, many leaving empty handed.
