In the case of Mario Kart Wii, Nintendo has officially confirmed that the European release date of the game will be on April 11. More racing news follows after the jump.If you're a fan of Nintendo characters burning rubber and outdistancing each other on the racetrack, then take heart: Nintendo has confirmed that European gamers will have the chance to try out Mario Kart Wii as it hits stores on April 11 - just one day after its previously rumored launch date.
Nintendo has also revealed that Mario Kart Wii will come with the Wii Wheel, and yet there will be a total of five different control options for players:
- the Wii Wheel
- the Wii Remote turned on its side
- the Wii Remote and Nunchuk combination
- the classic Controller
- the Nintendo GameCube controller.
