Nintendo leads Japan hardware sales this week

happy with their wiis - Image 1This week saw all Japanese hardware sales positions remain the same, but the numbers have changed most notably for the Wii, Xbox 360 and DS Lite.

The Wii sales have dropped to 63, 618 units sold for the past seven days following a landmark market performance during the past month. Xbox 360 sales are up as they increase by a few hundred more while Sony products follow a similar flow as they did in the past week.

The DS Lite is far in front with 136, 846 sold, doubling its Nintendo home console counterpart’s performance. For complete results, check out these figures for hardware sales:
