Nintendo magazine lists Mario Kart Wii goodies
If even to provide a little peek into the future, this recently revealed capture of a page from an issue of the Official Nintendo Magazine in the UK published a preview of features to Mario Kart Wii. Aside from publishing recently announced online features, Mario Kart Wii will also dash to your Nintendo Wii console with revamped tracks from Mario Kart DS.
But what strikes us most is that the official mag also published an online participant count of 16 players in a single game. That’s four more players than what was previously revealed, and quite a daunting number when it comes to actually tracking 15 other friends to join your game.
Battle Mode was also announced to come with online capabilities, giving players who can’t outrace or outwit opponents the chance to simply beat them…real hard. Expect Mario Kart Wii to release early on in 2008, in the period after the holiday season.
