Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl Wii - Image 1News has come in that Nintendo is planning on providing Wii demo units to 30 Japanese retail shops. These demo units will be running Super Smash Bros. Brawl in an effort to promote the game and its upcoming release.

In the past, Nintendo had been reluctant to provide demo booths because of the possible accidents that may happen when using a Wiimote. The company may have made an exception with Super Smash Bros. Brawl since it can be played using a classic controller.

So far, Nintendo hasn’t given any word of releasing demo units in other regions, but it is a definite possibility. Could this be the start of yet another aggressive marketing campaign from company? We’ll have to wait and see.
