No quick leveling servers in WoW: Wrath of the Lich King

Blizzard is still not saying a word as to when new World of Warcraft expansion Wrath of the Lich King will be released but players are already preparing as early of now by thinking new possibilities that will come with it.

One such thing brought up over at the official WoW forums is the presence of quick leveling servers. Some players argue that new players will go to the above mentioned servers and easily reached level 70.

Veteran players have no problem with this at as they were once newbies themselves but they’re asking if Blizzard will be giving away some bonus (gold or exp, mounts, etc.) for those who went through the sweat and blood in normal leveling servers.

Blizzard Community Manager Nethaera picked up the thread and said that while they are not going to release quick leveling servers, the developers are going to tweak the leveling process to make them a bit faster. Then the blue poster explained further,

We don’t have specific details that we can share with you just yet. How we go about it is going to depend on just how fast we feel is comfortable for leveling. We have a couple of other things that are going to help with the leveling also such as some of the changes we are making to Dustwallow Marsh for one.

Lastly, Nethaera added that some of the said tweaks and changes will be implemented prior to the release of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King.
