No RE5, DMC4 demo disc for U.S.; Will there be one for Europe?

Earlier reports suggesting that a Resident Evil 5 and a Devil May Cry 4 (Sony PlayStation 3 version only) demo disc may come with a purchase of Resident Evil: Extinction Blu-ray copy have been shot down by Japanese game publisher Capcom. Earlier reports suggesting that a Resident Evil 5 and a Devil May Cry 4 (Sony PlayStation 3 version only) demo disc may come with a purchase of Resident Evil: Extinction Blu-ray copy have been shot down by Japanese game publisher Capcom. The firm says the bonus disc will instead contain trailers of its two high-profile up-and-comers.

That’s the case as far as North America is concerned. Europe may have “something” else in store, says Eurogamer as they reported the results of a brief talk with Capcom.

In their most recent post about the topic, it was stated that Capcom may be pondering a demo for European after all. No plans have been made public, but the inclusion of a DMC4 and an RE5 demo disc would certainly spike Resident Evil: Extinction sales in the region.

Is there really a chance that RE5 and DMC4 fans will get an early taste of the two biggies in Europe? That we can’t be sure of. We’ll keep you posted for updates.
