No Sigourney Weaver in Earth Defense Force 3 screens

For a second there, you thought it was Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions. Nope. While that game has you invading a lost planet, so to speak, and fighting for your survival against giant mutated bugs and enemy faction war-mechs, Earth Defense Force 3 has it the other way around.

Those giant robots and insects are invading Earth instead, and you’ve got to fend them off (without getting yourself blown to smithereens in the process, of course). Sandlot Games‘ upcoming 360 title is a Sci-Fi FPS that speaks of fun. You get unlimited ammo to blast those hordes of baddies like no tomorrow. There’s even going to be a co-op multiplayer mode.

Y’know, here in QJ, it’s games like these that make us feel as if human beings are such a puny race compared to those freakish aliens. Thank heavens for unlimited ammo. Sigourney Weaver never kicked alien butt this hardcore!
