No Sixaxis support in Resistance: Retribution multiplayer
Excited about Resistance: Retribution, especially after all those sweet features Sony promised? Yeah, me too! If you’re into multiplayer modes, however, this news might dampen that excitement a little bit. Tiny. Okay, a bit bigger, maybe. Excited about Resistance: Retribution, especially after all those sweet features Sony promised? Yeah, me too! If you’re into multiplayer modes, however, this news might dampen that excitement a little bit. Tiny. Okay, a bit bigger, maybe.
The unfortunate news: Retribution‘s sync-ing capability with the Sixaxis does not extend to multiplayer.
This was confirmed by Sony at a recently held multiplayer event for Retribution somewhere in San Fran. Said a spokesperson to MTV Multiplayer, “Games would be too unbalanced with some people using the controller and some using PSP.”
Oh, okay. So they had the concept of fairness in mind when they decided on it. But do you think it’s fair not to have Sixaxis support in multiplayer?
