NoA gives their WiiWare an e-mail add (no spamming please)
While the new WiiWare service under development for the Wii console isn’t expected to launch until next year, Nintendo of America (NoA) appears to be making moves to invite developers to contact them for potential projects.
That’s the notion we’re getting based on this news bit we picked up about NoA’s recently created WiiWare email address. We imagine this isn’t for Nintendo’s more inquisitive fans – Reggie’s mailing address is available for that – but rather for the promising developers that NoA expects to pick up for WiiWare’s eventual launch. After all, as NoA president Mr. Fils-Aime himself said:
Independent developers armed with small budgets and big ideas will be able to get their original games into the marketplace to see if we can find the next smash hit. WiiWare brings new levels of creativity and value to the ever-growing population of Wii owners.
Guys interested in checking out the e-mail add themselves can opt to head to the email address proper ([email protected]).
