On Shelves This Week - Image 1Minus the digital downloads, this has to be one of the smallest batches we’ve seen on On Shelves. Talk about a dry batch – no AAA titles in this lineup. ArmA II - Image 1ArmA II – While the rest of the world has been enjoying the follow-up to the FPS ArmA: Armed Assault through Steam as digital download, the North American store release comes this week. ArmA II features new characters, improved AI, and the ever-present online multiplayer mode.

CID The Dummy - Image 1CID The Dummy Sometimes, there’s more to a crash dummy than taking truckloads of punishment in the name of safety. For this game, a wise-cracking dummy is in the driver’s seat – not to ram a steel barrier at full-speed head-on to see if airbags are working right – but to embark on his own weird little adventure.

The Bigs 2 - Image 1The Bigs 2 – 2K Sports continues its sporting excellence in yet another title. Featuring a wheelhouse pitching mechanic and an updated Rookie Challenge mode, this baseball title is set to live up to its publisher’s success and reputation with sports games.

Hardy Boys - Image 1The Hardy Boys: The Perfect Crime – Frank and Joe Hardy are still playing detective, and thanks to the game, you can be right there with them instead of merely reading through their adventures. Test your sleuthing skills and see if there’s a crime so perfect that you can’t solve.
