OSWAN 0.7 for PSP v0.01 for PSP

REi has updated the Wonderswan (japanese handheld) emulator for the PSP.

Changes Include
-added fullscreen support
-no sound output.
-no game save feature.
-rom size are limited to 4MB.
-it stills un-stable.
-not all the buttons are supported.
-the emulator configurations will not be saved.
-some features on menu are not funtional, such as the sound button.
-rotation is possible try to play around with the key config it may work.
-no zip support yet.
