Pachter’s prediction is actually earlier than the release period estimated by Anthony Gikas of Piper Jaffray last week. According to the Wedbush Morgan analyst, they still expect a GTA game to be released in calendar 2010, but “it is not clear that the game will be released before the end of Take-TwoÂ’s fiscal year ending October 31.”
Take-Two Interactive‘s Strauss Zelnick, on the other hand, said earlier this year that 2010 will be “a year that won’t have a multiplatform release of a new GTA.”
