Pac-Man is on its way to Xbox Live Arcade
Further news coming out of the Xbox 360 Media Conference in Tokyo, is another announcement from Takashi Sensui (new GM of Microsoft’s Japan Xbox Division) that along with the Marketplace comes more classic gaming in the form of Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA).
So far there have been over 50,000 downloads from Japan in the Xbox Marketplace. Microsoft plan to further increase this with the Xbox Live Arcade, with which developers such as SNK, Konami, Bandai Namco and Yukes will provide content. The title game so far for XBLA will be that Pac-Man will be available for download, featuring the classic arcade game just with high-resolution borders.
