Palette-swap on a whim: Crystal Clear Case for the Wii
We’ve just picked up word on another Wii accessory out in the market, labelled GT Coupe’s Crystal Housing case. What sets this particular see-through case (there’s plenty of them in the market) is its ease of use. Buyers simply slip their console into the case, and they get a new color swap.
Not exactly as eye-catching the Team Xtender‘s custom cases, but it doesn’t require you to mod your console. The kit also comes with a cooling fan – probably to compensate for the increased insulation – as well as a cleaning cloth.
GT Coupe advertises that their case comes in blue, green, pink, black, and white, although at the moment, the site (DealExtreme) advertises that they only have the pink case in stock. GT Coupe’s Crystal Housing Case for the Wii currently sells for US$ 30.32, and is expected to arrive within two to three days of the order.
