PBP Maker v0.21 Released

The John Doe of Japanese authors leaves his mark again, this time with PBP Maker version 0.21. In this version he fixes a problem he thought was fixed in version 0.20 (according to worldlingo):

? The correct folder opens now when conversion is completed. (I fixed this in v0.20 but it was still wrong)
