Pimp My Ride hits the streets, 360-style

Xzibit

Yeah-huh! Fo shizzle mah nizzle, the Xbox 360 version of Pimp My Ride (also on PSP and PS2) has hit the streets! (Ugh, sooo lame…*hides face in embarassment*) Errr…so anyway, Activision and MTV Games have just announced that the TV show-turned-video game has indeed shipped to retailers.

Now, we know most of your comments on our Xbox360 site aren’t really, well, that supportive of the game, you gotta admit you’re still curious as to what the game is like and just how much customization you can really do. Also, you didn’t really expect that you’ll just be pimping cars throughout the whole game, right? And what use would real phat rides have if you can’t flaunt ’em in the streets of Pimp City?

So Activision also made it a point of adding a wicked racing element into the game, making it into a game that can be described as “high-RPM racing meets outrageous car customization” — their words, not ours. Anyway, enough with the chitchat, all we’re really here to tell you guys is that the 360 version of the game is out now, and is selling for US$ 49.99. So whether you’re an Xzibit fanatic or just plain into cars and bling, why don’tcha head on to Pimp City where “Bling is king, and speed is everything.” We out!
