Pimp your Wiimote with Joytech
Joytech announces that, to celebrate the launch of the Wii, it will also launch a lineup of Wii accessories – or to be more accurate, the Wiimote set. Some are actually rather functional, like the Silicon Gloves, which keep your grip on the Wiimote tight and color-coordinated (any in Sonic-blue, Joytech?), and the wheel-based attachments. Then there’s the “Wii Sports Pack,” some of which which make the Wiimote look like the offerings from that decried Fusion line of cross-platform motion-sensing controllers.
Ah, well. Here’s the lineup from Joytech’s PR, and some screens of pimped Wiimotes. And did you know that Joytech’s a wholly-owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive? Ka-ching ka-ching, bling-bling.
JOYTECH Wii Sports Pack: Golf grip, Racing Grip, Racket Grip (and why do the golf and tennis grips look familiar?)
