PiMPStreamer 0.27 released
Man, once this guy DickyDick1969 starts, there’s no stopping him. You could think of him as a Terminator, but the difference is that he’s working for the good of mankind. He has just updated his amazing PiMPStreamer to version 0.27.
This time, he has added an option for tuning the “thread”, which in simpler words, means that now you will be able to give more resources to the PC server to speed up the transcoding and streaming process.
He is also quick to point out that he will most probably work on something more for this, like more codecs, or even a Linux server for all you Linux fanatics! And knowing him, expect it to be out soon. Until then, have fun with the latest release.
