PixelJunk Eden music artists share inspiration; soundtrack available for download tomorrow
Here’s a two-in-one treat for you. We’ve got the interview on PixelJunk Eden‘s musician artist and director, plus news on the game’s soundtrack. Find out more after the jump.
If you enjoyed the music in Q-Games‘ PixelJunk Eden, then you’d want to know what this guy has to say. Baiyon is the art director/musician for the funky PS3 title. Talented, eh?
The interview revolves on music mostly: their inspirations, what’s on their playlist currently, first concert attended. But of course, that’s not all they talked about. Asked what was the inspiration behind the art and music for the game:
My main interests are multimedia, and everything I have been touched by in the medium until now is reflected in the work I did for Eden. Artworks, Music, Videogames that I have played, memories, experience and my past self, and also RGB and CMYK.
There’s still a lot to learn about and from Baiyon. You can check out the full transcript of his interview along with game director Tomi by clicking on the source link below. But first, we’ve got another PixelJunk Eden update for you guys.
The game’s soundtrack will be made available for download on the PSN Store starting tomorrow, October 2nd, so make sure you’ve got enough cash for it. Well, it’s just US$ 2.99 only, so we’re sure you can spare some change for it. Besides, other online retail stores are selling it for a much higher price, so this one’s a good deal right here.
And there you have it. Now you guys can really go ahead and check out the full interview.
