PlayStation 3: MotorStorm additional content to arrive soon

More content will be arriving for MotorStorm soon. This Playstation 3 exclusive will be getting new tracks, a “weekend pass”, as well as new vehicles. This information is pretty solid since it came from Evolution Studios and Sony themselves.

The developers sent out a scan from their new marketing campaign to fansite PS3 Evolution which announces Coyote Revenge weekend. In addition to this, an e-mail from the UK PlayStation Network also announced Vehicle Packs 1 and 2 for the game.

In case you haven’t heard of it yet, Coyote Revenge is the reverse track of Coyote while the weekend pass is rumored to have the Eagle’s Nest map (showcased at E3).

This looks to be a very solid update that should make fans of the game very happy. No exact dates were given, so we’ll have to play this one by ear. Still, it’s very comforting to know that we’ll be getting more downloadable content for this great game.
