Looks like the Sony hit a bit of a speed bump in getting the PSP Store online. As announced in the PlayStation Blog, the PlayStation Network will be having a temporary downtime today.
Don't worry though, not all PSN activity is halted - you'll still get to play online via PSN, however, the PlayStation Store, account management, and registration have all been shut down for the moment due to system maintenance.
Currently, there's no word about when they expect to have the Store back online, so stay tuned in case we hear of anything.
