PlayStation Store update for May 22: new Rock Band tracks, Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 demos, more

New Rock Band tracks, the PSP version of The Con, and a pair of PSP demos are the highlights of this week’s PlayStation Store update. The complete list of new additions is available in the full article.

It’s update time once again for Sony‘s PlayStation Store. There are no new PS3 demos this week, but the Store does get a whole lot of new music for Rock Band (Xbox 360, Playstation 3).

The new tracks, which include a cover of Blur’s Beetlebum and the master track for Tokio Hotel’s Monsoon, are the ones mentioned last week by Harmonix‘s Sean Baptiste. Also, Faith No More’s We Care A Lot (which for some reason was attributed to “Epic”) and Blink 182’s All The Small Things are available for only US$ 0.99 until May 29.

On the PSP side, The Con has become available for download on the PC PlayStation Store along with a couple of demos for Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2. Both can also be downloaded using the PS3.
