PlayStation updates now moved to Tuesdays

When DLC and other such content come around, PS3 and PSP owners would have to wait for a Thursday to get their hands on the new goods. We’ve already told you about this, but considering it’s the last week of the month, we’re telling you again: it’s official – starting next month, the usual PlayStation updates will be made on Tuesdays.

We’ve already told you about this, but considering it’s the last week of the month, we’re telling you again: it’s official – starting next month, the usual PlayStation updates will be made on Tuesdays.

I would suppose Sony has gotten tired of their content going live after the competing systems get theirs, so now they make the crucial two-day jump earlier to try and stay on top. Despite this change, however, the Thursday update for this week will go live like it always has – it’s still April after all. But from the next week onwards, it’s going to be a PlayStation Tuesday.
