PMP – PSP Media Player v0.06 Rleased

JiniCho has updated his PMP (PSP Media Player) to version 0.06. PMP is a homebrew multimedia player which is capable of playing AVI files in Divx or XviD format. The latest version can even play MP4 files for the PSP, though very slowly.

Changelog of 0.06

  • Including jonny’s idct optimization.(many thanks to jonny)
  • doing overlay using gu. I refered the document from http://www.multimedia.cx/yuv-3d-rgb.txt.
  • .mp4 playable.(with sound)
  • you can use your favorite true type font. locate “default.ttf” into “PMP/font” directory.(it’s buggy)

Currently, this application/game will only run on PSPs with firmware version 1.0 or 1.50. If you do not know which firmware version your PSP has, or if you need help installing this application/game on your PSP, check our Ultimate FAQ.
