PQI Released Thinnest Flash Drive

Looks are indeed deceiving, this thing may look like a flashy credit card to you but credit card it is not. This contraption is actually a storage device developed by the Taiwan-based company, PQI, and tagged as the Card Drive U510. Well, no one can blame you if you thought it was a credit card because it only measures 85 x 54 x 3mm. But if you are worried that its slim figure jeopardized its ability to save stuff, well worry no more because this thingamjig could save up to 16GB and it is compatible with either Mac or PCs and is USB 2.0 compatible.

But bad news for most people, this baby will only be out in Korea for now (unless you’re willing to import). If its going to be sold elsewhere, that’s a mystery. It will be available in Iron Gray, Metallic Silver and World Cup special design with the World cup etched on the drive. No word on the price tag for now, but let us just wait and see for new developments.
