Prison puzzles and a cutscene in Heavenly Sword videos

 

We’ve all seen and played the teaser demo of the video game Heavenly Sword from Ninja Theory, now we’ve got additional goodies on Nariko in the form of a gameplay video and a cutscene both from a prison-slash-dungeon level.

As we mentioned, both Heavenly Sword videos were from a prison level. Now, from what we can piece together, Nariko frees the prisoners in the prison in question. After the prisoners are free and on the other side of the bars, they refuse to help Nariko to find her father (the ungrateful *censored*). Anyway, this writer hates to say it, but watching the gameplay video felt a lot like Prince of Persia, though the shield frisbees were really cool. Also, the cutscene gave us a deeper look into our heroine’s character.
