ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 ships in North America
Oxygen Games has announced that ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 has finally shipped in North America for the Sony PSP handheld system.
It doesn’t have any ninjas in it, but ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 does boast of being “the most realistic golf simulation game to date” via a unique stroke technology that gives players absolute control over every aspect of shot set up and swing.
“It’s not just about swinging through the motions anymore because ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 puts control in the hands of gamers,” stated Jim Scott, CEO of Oxygen Games. “For the first time you can control your shot by changing your weight distribution, opening your stance, or angling the face of your club, just like you would if you were really stepping up to the tee.”
In ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007, players can shape their handicaps on 18 courses as they go head to head with professional golfers like Sergio Garcia and Justin Rose. The video game also features a Course Designer that allows players to create their own holes and share them online. Players can also take on up to three other gamers tanks to the PSP’s wireless capabilities.
ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 is rated “E” for Everyone and carries a price tag of US$ 19.99.
