It’s called the Joker Challenge Map, and ta-dah, it lets you play as the killer clown himself. Ya, srsly.
As some of you may know, Challenge Map DLC lets you go through stages (err, rooms of Arkham, to be exact) in some sort of time trial mode. Aside from this new Joker Challenge Map, a previous one that’s been confirmed is the Crime Alley DLC, which comes exclusive for those who buy the Collector’s Edition.
It does come as strange why Eidos would advertise this DLC on Home waaay before the game gets released, but that’s still fine nonetheless. Viral hype much?
We got a press release about the special Joker DLC, and it says that the June edition of the Official PlayStation Magazine will be rolling out more details about it.
Eidos Interactive‘s Batman: Arkham Asylum for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC is currently scheduled for release sometime this June.
