PSone port to PS2, to be ported to PSP: Zill O’ll: Infinite Plus revealed

Infinite Plus - Image 1As a good follow up to the PSP port of Warriors Orochi 2, we now hear of Zill O’ll: Infinite Plus. Some of you may remember it from the PSone era. Koei ported it to the PS2 just a few years back, and now Koei’s porting it again (remade and enhanced with a couple more features, of course), for the PSP.

Gamers who frequently import Japanese titles will probably be more familiar with Zill O’ll Infinite than most people. If Square Enix has Final Fantasy, Koei has Zill O’ll. It’s gotten quite a following in Japan, actually, so much so that the original PSone title (released back in 1999) was eventually remade for the PS2 back in ’05.

Now, Japan’s Degenki magazine reports that the game will be remade yet again (well, ported, actually, but with added gameplay content), this time to the PSP in the form of Zill O’ll: Infinite Plus. The portable, well, port is set to be released in Japan come Christmas of this year – December 25.

Still not sold to the idea? Here, lemme help. Check out this trailer for the PS2 version from a few years ago:
