PSP Game Maker v0.04

PSP Game Maker - Image 1

Remember Re_Animate? He had a concept for creating a Lua-based application called the PSP Game Maker, which some lauded as a a bit of a joke. Well, it certainly is far from a joke now, as Re_Animate has released PSP Game Maker v0.04, allowing users the chance to start automating code for making games and other applications. It’s still in testing and development, so it’s pretty raw compared to a full app, but it does have a Lua compile feature.

According to Re_Animate, “it’s still a bit budget and only the LUA compile feature works with a premade test feature out of the program.” Still, it should allow users to test the code they’ve placed inside the game maker. He also mentions that the app “will report to you when you compile it,” presumably to tell you when it’s done compiling.

In any case, a little assistance from the homebrew community in terms of support and suggestions would probably help him make this app a work of art. Give it a try and let him know what you think of it on our forums or through this post here. Enjoy!
