With this program, you can dump the Datel Action Replay PSP IPL allowing you to use any MS with Action Replay without WinHex.

What it does basically is dump exactly 256kb from the Memory Stick starting from sector 16. The program also doesn’t go directly to the IPL sector. Instead, it reads 8kb of data before proceeding to the IPL.
