PSP homebrew – pspCrypter lib
Forum member Mapache has released an encryption library on the QJ.NET PSP Development forum called pspCrypter lib. According to the dev, this lets you use SHA-1 and SHA-256 (normal ones) or SHA-512 (custom algo) for encryption purposes.

Forum member Mapache has released an encryption library on the QJ.NET PSP Development forum called pspCrypter lib. The nitty-gritty of encryption makes my head spin, so here’s the developer’s explanation for this homebrew app ionstead:
Lets you use SHA-1 or SHA-256 (normal ones) or SHA-512 (custom algo). Useful if you want make a encryption app, etc.
SHA is Secure Hash Algo.
You dont need any key for use it, it is useful for make hashes of text, files, etc. Of course you can use a hash as a key, for example, open a txt file in the ms0 with a text, hash it, and later with the hash decrypt using your algo something.
