PSP homebrew – Sparta AppUI 0.8PB
This is SPARTAAAAA!!! Well, at the very least, it’s an AppUI. It’s a small shell with windows-like UI, and even comes with a task bar at the bottom that’ll let you close and minimize programs. There isn’t enough memory on the Sparta Exploit, so developer KylBlz was only able to include two programs.

This app runs on all current m33 firmware and all PSP models. It works by getting the color of where you click to conserve memory, so careful not to click directly on text alright?
