PSP Memo Recorder v0.6.1 Unveiled
Iteixeira from our forums has released a new Memo Recording application which is a sample program showing usage of the audio input syscalls. With this program you can record up 60 seconds of audio in RAM and play it back afterwards. It has a very simple user interface, but the beauty of this program is that it hardly takes up any memory stick space at all! the application itself is only 40kb and as the recorded input is stored in RAM, no memory stick space is taken up.
How do you use it? Obviously it requires some form of microphone such as the headset used for the SOCOM game as well as the PSP’s remote. Iteixeria has informed us that PC to PSP headset adapters should also work. This program even has microphone level control which was recently added. By pressing up and down it can be increased or decreased. If you have a SOCOM headset this is certainly something that could be fun to play around with.
