PSP Planet mag in eboot form (includes fanjita interview)

PSP Planet

We know that there’s already a lot of digital PSP magazines out there (you have Xtreme PSP, Playd, PSP Galaxy – and that’s just naming a few). So what’s so different about PSP Planet? Well, as lmtlmt has informed us via our forums, this issue will come in eboot form. Pretty cool, huh?

And not only that, this issue will also include an interview with one of the gods of the homebrew community, Fanjita. You’ll also be able to change the menu color in this mag but because there are still issues with choosing colors other than “classic”, we’re going to have to wait for the next issue before we can safely try this out.

Again, this’ll be in eboot form so yes, it’ll show up on your XMB and not in the Photo folder. Controls are as follow: up, down, left, and right to move selector, cross to select, and circle to go back. For the Fanjita interview, you’ll have to scroll down the page by pressing down but for the other contents, you just press cross to go to the next page.

lmtlmt wants to give “proper thanks to the whole ppm team: lmtlmt, gizmo356, splodger15,acidburn05, S34MU5 and ex member crimson_lotus(although i did all the work on this issue except the cover).” The mag is for 1.5 or any 0E firmware. HOWEVER, we don’t have the mag yet, we’re going to wait for lmtlmt to provide a download link. So if you’re as psyched about this as we are, make sure you check back because we will update this once we get hold of the file.

Update: The mag’s available for download now from our DL site (thanks to pj1115), so go ahead and get it. You know you want to.
