This third version of Miriam’s theme conversion homebrew app fixes some compatibility issues with regard to some modules, namely vsh/module/SATELITE.PRX and vsh/module/SATELITE.PRY.

Again, since this homebrew is for converting themes to make them suitable for CFW 5.02 GEN-A, it should be obvious that you need that custom firmware installed.
