PSPE v0.7 Interpreter Released

Pspe v0.7 is the latest version of the PSP ELF interpreter (Useful for running homebrew apps on your PC)

Changes in this version:

? Memory bug fixed
? Some bios functions fixed
? Works with the SNES9x Emulator

You can get it in our PSP download section here.
You need to SDL from LiBSDL for this to run.

We are unsure who made this program but when we learn we will update this with proper thanks.
