Homebrew developer Royale‘s PSP-Maps app – an attempt to bring Google Maps to the PSP – has just hit the big two point oh, and it now features basic support for the PSP-290 GPS attachment. See below for PSP-Maps v2.0’s full changelog:

  • added basic PSP-290 GPS support
  • removed the splash screen
  • cheat for sky/moon/mars has been moved to the menu
  • protect .dat files from accidental overwrites

The readme file included in the download has installation and usage instructions, so don’t forget to check it before you install PSP-Maps.
