PSP-Maps v0.1 – Google Maps for the Sony PlayStation Portable
Homebrew developer Royale, known for his PlayStation Portable port of Chromium, took on another project. This time, the coder’s focus was given to Google Maps and his attempt to port it to the Sony handheld.

We’ve had so many homebrew applications in the past that provided us with map programs for the Sony PlayStation Portable. If those didn’t do the trick for you, then maybe this next one from coder Royale will.
The coder, known for his Chromium PSP port has ported Google Maps to the Sony handheld. However, note that the interface was made simpler and that the program doesn’t utilize the Google Maps API.
Instead, PSP-Maps retrieves the images directly. The program is currently on version 0.1 and as such, there are some bugs found in the code, like it being only capable of using the first WiFi connection.
