PSPMSX: MSX Emulator for PSP v1.2.3

PSPMSX: MSX emulator for the PSP v1.2.3 - Image 1 PSP homebrew developer zx-81 has released another build for the PSPMSX, bumping the version numbers to 1.2.3. According to the dev, this should be the last release, barring any major kinks in the emulator.

PSPMSX: MSX emulator for the PSP v1.2.3 - Image 1PlayStation Portable homebrew developer zx-81 has released a new build for another one of his emulators, PSPMSX, upping the version numbers to 1.2.3. This version is aimed to work out a few kinks in speed and the emulator’s settings.

In case you missed the previous releases (particularly version 1.2.1), PSPMSX is a port for the MSX, MSX2, and MSX2 8bit home computer emulator for the PSP. So what’s new with PSPMSX version 1.2.3? Here’s the changelog for both this version and version 1.2.2:

1.2.3

  • Major speed improvements while using GU render modes
  • Small changes in settings menu and default settings options

1.2.2

  • Add option to increase sound volume
